Tipped over onto a fruit conveyor belt, the ripe mangoes are transferred to a fruit washer. The washer cleans the fruit thoroughly removing every inch of dirt and grime and then transfer the fruit for scalding the process of cutting off the top and bottom parts of the mangoes.

After the fruits are put onto the cutting conveyor belt where they are sorted into grades and then cut into two. They are then steamed in a preheated system pulped, passed through a decantation process, then vacuum evaporated, pasteurized, and filled into cans and aseptic drums.
