I was born and raised in a Business family and studied at an agricultural school, which has been a huge help in setting up the Companies in the group. It has helped me understand the Indian farmer and farming techniques at a much closer range.
And indeed, time flies! It has already been years since I established my company and in these years, I have seen life in rural communities steadily improve. And in my way, I have managed to contribute to this growth and development by putting India and Origin on the global export map.
Origin has grown to be the largest exporter and manufacturer of Fruit Juice Concentrates and Processed Foods. Today feel extremely satisfied playing a part in India's growth internationally.
However, when the company was founded, we were traversing uncharted territories and faced many difficulties. But it was the constant, endless effort of our employees that made us flourish from a small factory producing one product into a conglomerate with over 10 lines of successful businesses. These include Petrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Food Processing, Rice Milling Crop, Protection Chemicals, Commodities and Retail. In addition, we have diversified our business to supermarkets, trade, application software, and life insurance. The Companies in the group here successfully established into large-scale and diversified enterprises.
In the year 1988, the Management was formally handed over to the next generation. And for the past decade, it has grown from strength to strength under the supervision of a new breed of professionals. There is a new wave of energy, strength, and greater foresight running through the organization.
