Our Processing Plants are located in the South of India in close proximity to the Sea Ports. Our plants are located in Chintamani (State of Karnataka) Krishnagiri (State of Tamil Nadu) and Chittoor Distt. (State of Andhra Pradesh)

Our equipment meets the highest standards. From computerized scales for perfect product consistency to state-of-the-art aseptic filling to guarantee long shelf life at ambient temperatures. The modern equipment in all of the plants reduces the physical burden on our employees, allowing them to devote their full concentration to quality.

Tipped over onto a fruit conveyor belt, the ripe mangoes are transferred to a fruit washer. The washer cleans the fruit thoroughly removing every inch of dirt and grime and then transfer the fruit for scalding the process of cutting off the top and bottom parts of the mangoes.

After the fruits are put onto the cutting conveyor belt where they are sorted into grades and then cut into two. They are then steamed in a preheated system pulped, passed through a decantation process, then vacuum evaporated, pasteurized, and filled into cans and aseptic drums. In addition to the state-of-the-art equipment and only the latest technology, our stringent product chain management and complete traceability from soil to customer, ensures that the quality of our products will be nothing but the best.
